Ansvarsforsikring og garantistillelse
Erhvervsmæglerfirmaet Bendix Estate ApS er forsikret gennem: Dansk Ejendomsmæglerforeningens kollektive ansvarsforsikring (HDI forsikring).
Forsikringen dækker alene formidling af ejendomme beliggende i Danmark, som foretages fra Europæiske kontorer.

Ønsker du, som forbruger, at klage over en ejendomsmægler, kan dette ske til ”Klagenævnet for Ejendomsformidling” eller “Disciplinærnævnet for Ejendomsmæglere”, der er uvildige forbrugerklagenævn:

Såfremt der opstår en tvist hvor mæglervirksomheden afviser krav helt eller delvist, skal mæglervirksomheden giver oplysning om, at tvisten kan indbringes for ”Klagenævnet for Ejendomsformidling” eller “Disciplinærnævnet for Ejendomsmæglere”.
Dansk Ejendomsmæglerforening
Bendix Estate ApS er medlem af Dansk Ejendomsmæglerforening (DE).
Dansk Ejendomsmæglerforening er brancheforening for ejendoms- og erhvervsmæglere i Danmark. Foreningen blev stiftet i 1912 og har til formål at varetage medlemmers erhvervsmæssige og branchemæssige interesser.
Foreningen arbejder for:
– At medlemmerne på en betryggende og professionel måde yder formidling af fast ejendom
– At sikre ejendomsmæglerbranchen bedst mulige arbejdsvilkår
Det er Dansk Ejendomsmæglerforening som der varetager branchens etiske regelsæt, udarbejder normer, retningslinjer og formularer, der skal styrke den faglige kvalitet i mæglernes arbejde. Foreningen varetager desuden branchens interesser over for det politiske system, pressen og øvrige interessenter.
